Riverview Golf and Country Club in Fenwick will host our Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser, now in it’s 18th Edition.

Player fee includes: Lunch, golfing fees – choose if you want a cart or not, Steak dinner, player’s prize.

If you are a PLAYER:

1. If you are paying for your Team, please download the Players’ Sign-up Sheet HERE and send it to us.
2. Submit your payment via e-transfer using the email address golf@wellsofhope.com with your name and team or you can scroll down and go to the Player’s Fees below.

If you would like to SPONSOR our tournament:

1. Please download the Sponsor’s Sign-up Sheet HERE
2. Choose if you would like a full tax receipt or if you would like to combine tax receipt with value of 4 tickets to play Riverview at a later date. Send us the printed form to golf@wellsofhope.com
3. Send your payment to: Wells of Hope, 174 Cole Cres, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0 or use the Sponsorship Levels Cart above.
