To Register

Wells of Hope provides a number of mission and project opportunities throughout the year. Most of the trips occur through the winter months of February to April, with construction crews travelling down in November and January.

2025 Mission Trip Opportunities

This year, we have a number of groups and individuals already committed, yet there are still a limited amount of open spaces for individual or small group travel. Some parts of the schedule below are tentative. Do not make any bookings until you have been in contact with Wells of Hope.

• 1 Contact us (missions@wellsofhope.com) to confirm date of travel.
• 2 Review Mission Trip info-pack and liability form: Mission Trip Information Package 2025.
• 3 Confirm travel information with your group leader.
• 4 Complete Online Registration form below.
• 5 Mail Deposit and balance outstanding and liability waiver to Wells of Hope, 174 Cole Crescent Niagara on the Lake, Ontario, L0S 1J0. All remaining balances must be submitted six weeks before departure.

Please note, if you are part of a school group, your leader will collect forms and money, but you are still required to fill out an online registration form.
