Celebrating through learning

From FB Post March 8 Women’s day. To help celebrate Women’s Day, Wells of Hope continues to embrace initiatives to support women as they struggle to improve the lives of their families. Fifteen young girls have committed to the sewing program offered at the Clem Center in Campo Esperanza which will open doors of opportunity.

Bringing fresh, clean, potable water to the front doors of many impoverished communities is not only saving thousands of young lives but also relieves the women of the daily back-breaking work of hauling water up and down the steep mountain slopes. Hats off to the women of the world!
